Sanno Philippines Manufacturing Corporation in cooperation with the Municipality of General Trias thru the Municipal Environment & Natural Resources Office kindly supports the General Trias Earth Day Celebration 2013 A Tree planting Activity last April 20,2013 at the Brgy. Manggahan Gen. Trias Cavite. The program starts at 7 AM, It's a hot day for SPMC employees and other participants from other companies but they ignore it to pursue their advocacies helping the earth. They unite to promote tree planting and  to raise awareness of climate change and resource conservation. Thousands of trees are planted by the participants. Planting is an act of putting down roots and contributing to the future.The simple act of planting a tree helps the environment in so many ways like filter pollution from the air, help recycle water,prevent soil loss, create shade, give shelter from wind and rain,provide homes for animals and more.
